Support, billing and privacy

Email [email protected] for product help, account access, privacy requests, credit questions or an existing payment. PathwayFig is operated by an individual developer based in China. Include an account or task reference if relevant, and explain the outcome you need.

Do not include passwords, API keys, payment-card details, patient records or unrelated private information. We do not promise an immediate reply or a fixed resolution time. The free editor remains available without payment; payment onboarding is under review.

Report content or appeal a decision

Use this form for prohibited generated content, rights/privacy concerns or an appeal. No account is required. You can also email [email protected], including if the form is unavailable. Review the Acceptable Use Policy for content rules.

Describe the issue without reproducing illegal material. For child-safety reports, provide a task reference and explanation; do not attach or send abusive images.

The request ID shown by PathwayFig. If you only have a page or previous report reference, include it in the description.

20–3,000 characters. Include the location or reference, the concern and any context needed to review it.

Include an email if you would like a follow-up. We cannot reply to a fully anonymous report.

We use this information to investigate and handle your report as described in our Privacy Policy. A confirmation means the report was stored; it does not mean it was reviewed or that an email was sent.

What happens next

After a successful form submission, save the reference shown on screen. The report is stored for manual review. The operator assesses the concern and may request more information, take action under the Acceptable Use Policy, or explain why a restriction should be changed.

If the form cannot confirm storage, your report has not been confirmed as received. Use the support email instead. This channel is not an emergency service. If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
